(Wedding)
• Please make sure that you book in advance with minimum 20% payment.
• After completion of your event please pay remaining atleast 75% of the billing amount on the same day.
• Albums will be sent for printing only after verification by the client.
• Albums will be delivered to you after completion only after clearance of the payment.
• In the event of the bride and groom cancelling the wedding for whatever reason the booking fee is non refundable. It will be considered as liquidated damages to the Photographers.
• Due to this pandemic situation you can change the date of booking, but you have to inform us atleast 20 days ago of the working date.
• If the number of pages exceeds the agreed amount extra charges will be applied for Album. (Rs 500/- Page)
• We will provide you with the raw footage of your event after the total payment is cleared. Please note that the raw footage will be delivered on your DVD/Hard Drive, depending on the size. So, kindly bring a hard disk along with you.
• We generally take 3-6 months for total completion of a big project such as weddings, documentaries, short films, etc.
• Rates may differ according to events depending on the creativity and quality of the project.
• We should also be provided with proper food and lodging during the events.
• The claint will inform the shooting times and locations 1 day before of the wedding.
• Your work may not be given if full payment is not cleared.
• However, the time taken may vary according to workload.
• We will shoot according to our importance footages to complete your Assignment as perfection.
• According to Bride wedding We shoot during Makeup after wearing Dressup.
• Please Collect the money receipt of the paid amount after 1 day of payment.
( Prewedding )
• You can change the date of PreWedding shoot, but you have to inform us atleast 10 days ago of the shooting date.
• We should be provided with proper food , lodging & transportation during the day of shoot.
• PreWedding Shoot must be completed before 15 days of Wedding Date.
• The claint will inform the PreWedding date,actual shooting times and locations.
English Copyright Law states that the copyright of photographs remains with the photographer. The Photographers grant the Bride and Groom permission to make copies of the images under the following conditions. The images taken by the Photographers are for personal use by the bride and groom and their friends and relatives. Selling, Publication or any Commercial use of the photographs is not allowed without prior written permission from the Photographers. The client will be responsible for (or have someone designated for this responsibility) identifying people/objects of whom/which specific photographs are desired. The photographer will NOT be held accountable for not photographing desired people if there is no one to assist in identifying or gathering people for the photograph(s).
The Photographer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice
